This work was produced in collaboration with youth at Telpochcalli Elementary School in Little Village, educator and avid runner Maria Nava, and Chicago Arts Partnerships in Education. Through art making and running, we explored our individual and collective relationships to the ground and community of Little Village, where Telpochcalli School exists and where many of the collaborators live. These works are the result of months of mapping, experimenting, and the examination of our daily runs through the neighborhood.
